I was referred to Motif by a friend, and was introduced to the owner, Toros. In an industry full of uncertainty, I have found a true gentleman and trusted, skilled professional. I have puchased a number of items from Toros and his family, and have always been thrilled at the products he has created.
Plus, he stands behind his work. One of the rings I bought had trouble with one of the settings, and I lost stones ! He insisted upon repairing the ring, replacing the stones, all without charge. He ended up recasting the entire ring to insure no more trouble. Trust is rare, and well earned here at Motif. |
