Warranty
1. To obtain service on any product, you must present receipt. 2. This warranty covers workmanship on manufacturer's defects only! Customer damages (i.e. breakage, alteration, neglect, misuse, natural wear) are NOT COVERED under this warranty. (Note: Buyer's protection plan may cover aforementioned items if purchased by consumer at time of original purchase.) 3. Customer is responsible for any and all replacement costs of parts. 4. Customer shall present for inspection and general cleaning the purchased item on a quarterly basis from date of purchase for warranty to be in effect. Failure to do so voids warranty. 5. In addition, MOTIF JEWELRY hereby disclaims any liability direct or indirect, special and/or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. NOTE: This warranty does not cover watch bands, crystal, batteries or accessories, including but not limited to, pouches or belt attachments for watches. This warranty does not cover man-made or lab-created stones.
Motif offers you a variety of shipping methods to suite your needs. We use UPS for all of our shipping needs. All the shipments are fully insured for the Value of the Items purchased.
Order Processing
Depending on the payment option you select, orders are processed within one to three business days. Customers will be notified of any possible delays immediately. If an item is out of stock or backordered at the time of placing an order, the customer will be contacted with the estimated delivery date, and payments will be processed only if the customer agrees to the possible waiting time.
