At Motif Jewelers, we believe in creating memorable moments through our jewelry. Sometimes, a purchase made online does not meet all your expectations. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Some limits apply on specialty items and special size items (such as rings), so please contact us for details.
Eligible up to 10 days from the date of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Motif Jewelers. We only refund up to the price of “standard ground” shipping.
Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges of equal or greater pricing are eligible up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping charges will only be refunded on exchanges resulting in higher price.

Please note that purchases made at one of our retail locations will follow a separate return and exchange policy. For all in-store purchases, items will qualify for a 7 day return and 30 exchange policy. Items must be returned or exchanged with an original receipt to the location in which they were purchased. All returns are refunded by company check after assessment of merchandise has been made. Assessment can take up to two weeks. All returns and exchanges must be approved by management.
