I went to Motif to get a Pandora Bracelet for my girlfriend for her birthday. First off, my ENTIRE experience, all 4 visits, was very easy and all around great. I went to the two stores in Southland Mall. Between the four visits, three extra ones because the first time ... because the first time they didn't have the size I needed in stock, second was to re-size the bracelet and the third was to exchange the spacers for a different kind, I was assisted by basically what seemed like most the staff. All of them were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
